The Real Hos of Atlanta Premier

Bravo TV premiers the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta this week. There are a couple of recurring themes worth mentioning. First, there are two scenes of NeNe Leakes as she confronts two of her fellow Hos. Last year there is one notable showdown between NeNe and Ho Kim Zolchiak. This must earn high ratings because the producers are prepared to over do this theme from now on. NeNe's attitude is tolerable a couple of times every year, but not two times per show.
In another scene Ho Kandi Burruss shows some of her comrades around a sex shop, as she considers opening such a business. The salesman asks, “Who likes doggie style?” Ho Phaedra Parks replies, “Doesn't everyone?” The salesman shows the girls a large, contour pillow that facilitates sex in this position. Phaedra hops on and demonstrates how she might use it. We absolutely love Phaedra!
Ho NeNe's attitude is tiresome and I hope we do not see too much more of it this season. A couple of times is necessary to show her character and we have had enough. We need more of Phaedra's sexuality, always interesting and enjoyable.

Occupy THIS

Some criticize the Occupy Wall Street et al movements for not articulating demands or a platform. The movement appears content to focus outrage and gain media attention. This is necessary. The public and the powerful need to understand the problems of the 99% vs. the hegemony of the 1%. It is understandable that the leaders of this leaderless resistance are hesitant to expound on specific issues. On the local level, media reports show that the protest has degenerated into playtime for the usual suspects. There are the professional protesters trying to recapture some of their youth of the 1960s, the anarchists looking for something to break, and those who want to rant about all the evil that white males have brought upon humanity. While it may be true that white males hold most positions of power, the converse is not. Most white males do not hold important positions and many are suffering. However, this rhetoric is divisive and since the civil rights era has driven many disaffected white males to the right, lately to the Tea Party. If the Occupy movement attempts to set an agenda along with the white male ranters there will be advocates for the rights of left handed lesbians as well as exploited space aliens. No wonder Occupy wants to avoid issues.

The Autumn Wind Blows

As the autumn wind fills the sails of Al Davis for the final run home, it is time to reflect on him and his legacy. Despite the move to Los Angeles, for which we will always accord him the rank of scumbag, he practices what he preaches, “Just win, baby!” He may not be successful every time but we know that he tries. Looking across the Coliseum to the offices of the Athletics we see Lew “Boob” Wolff, whose analogous quotation must be, “Just cash Yankee checks, baby!” If they do not love him, all NFL owners must be proud of Davis for his accomplishments with the Raiders as well as commissioner of the AFL. Wolff's fellow MLB owners are shameful that they allow this loser amongst them.

The Range of Corruption in Texas

As the conclusion of the 2011 baseball season approaches and the defending American League Champion Texas Rangers appear to be returning to the playoffs, it is time to reflect on the politics and corruption that aids them in this pursuit. In his 2009 tome, “Family of Secrets: the Bush dynasty, the powerful forces that put it in the White House, and what their influence means for America,” Russ Baker details President George W. Bush's involvement with the Rangers and his efforts to effect the construction of Rangers Ballpark.
Bush and his cronies think that the working people of America owe them a financial killing, so he leads the manipulations that build the stadium. The group floats a false story that team may move to Dallas and bullies the citizens of Arlington, Texas into adding a half cent to the local sales tax to raise construction funds. The ballpark and underlying land are turned over to the team, to the enormous benefit of George W. Bush and his co-owners.
The acquisition of the land is on the cheap as part of the liquidation of the Saving and Loan scandal which President George H. W. Bush oversees. They also obtain land via eminent domain with the help of some local movers and shakers, who receive Federal appointments and/or the turning of a blind eye towards criminal activity vis-a-vis the S&L scandal.
These sordid wheelings and dealings help set up Nolan Ryan and the Rangers to make their current run. As the Oakland Athletics maneuver to build a new stadium, the citizens of Oakland and San Jose must be vigilant to the machinations of A's owner, Lew “Boob” Wolff. He is cut from the same cloth as the past ownership of the Texas Rangers.

2011 Emmy Award Skin-O-Meter Readings

The Skin-O-Meter is cranked up and the results from the 2011 Emmy Awards are in. We have devised the Skin-O-Meter in order to rate the dresses worn. It is a scale from 0 to 100, with 100 being the top rating. It is just our overall opinion but a high rating will involve copious cleavage filled out appropriately as well other skin, such as leg, display. Selected luminaries are rated.

Katie Holmes 50: Her dress shows little and no hint as to the shape of her body.

Kate Winslet 93: Nice cleavage display and shows the curves of her hips nicely. Excellent jiggle when she receives her award.

Julianna Margulies 75: No cleavage, but decent curves.

Sofia Vergara 82: No cleavage, but she is pretty and her dress shows off her figure to good effect.

Gwyneth Paltrow 55: This time she gives us some midriff, but, try as she might, there is not much to work with here.

Heidi Klum 72: She gets some points for leg display. All the fluffy stuff is a distraction and her breasts are completely covered.

Jane Lynch 80: Finally a hint of cleavage.

Nina Pobrev 85: Decent cleavage, but that stiff upper part of the dress gets in the way of our enjoyment.

Jennifer Carpenter 94: Here is what we like. A good third of her bust is exposed as well as a nice long leg.

Claire Danes 75: Same old stuff this year.

Jane Krakowski 85: Passable cleavage without too many distractions.

Heather Morris 60: She gets some points for attempts to display. But like Paltrow, so?

Martha Plimptom 92: Nice cleavage and her dress puts the rest of her curves on display.

Christina Hendricks 95: Here we go! Busty girl gives us a nice show along with a sexy slit leg.

Amber Riley 88: She is a big girl and at least give us a hint of the girls.

Padma Lakshmi 78: Beautiful woman and the dress fits nicely. Cleavage?

Loretta Devine 89: Shows what she's got and we love it.

Emily Blunt 82: Nice plunge in neckline and does a little better than Paltrow.

Connie Britton 89: Cleavage and leg! Need we say more?

Archie Panjabi 84: She gets points for her attempts at cleavage. We have to hope she bends over, though.

Kerry Washington 82: Hint of cleavage, but not really. She scores for her form fitting dress.

Melissa McCarthy 80: Hint of cleavage, but a big girl needs to go bigger.

Jessica Pare 90: Yeah, baby!

Obama's Approval Drops and America Goes to Hell

President Obama's approval ratings are below 50 percent for the first time amongst Californians. His ratings dip around the country and now this phenomenon reaches the last bastion. This does not portend well for the country. Not that Obama is doing a bang up job, he is not. Of course he is the victim of circumstances beyond his control, but that goes with the territory and he lets the Tea Party wing of the Republican party define the debate. Most Americans do not like the direction in which our country is moving. One would be a fool to think otherwise. However, real danger lurks in the future for the vast majority in this land. Americans are accustomed to the two party system and when they righteously feel the need to, “Throw the bums out,” they only have the option of lurching towards the Democratic sort of left or the Republican extreme right. The populace is set up for a lurch towards the tea partying fascists who are making the rounds of the debates. The current group of Republicans are not of the Dewey or Eisenhower ilk, they are not even of the Nixon ilk. They are to the right of Hitler! And voting for their nominee will be like Germans voting for old Adolf in 1933. At least Hitler won at least one legitimate election which is more than the right can say for George W. Bush! The United States is in bad shape now, but voting for Republicans for executive or legislative positions will drive this nation to hell and there will be no return and an end to the United States of America.

Flights Mysteriously Diverted

On Sunday, the tenth anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center, two airline flights were escorted by military jets to their destinations due to strange behavior by passengers. On one plane three passengers and on the other plane two passengers were making repeated trips to the restrooms and spending an inordinate amount of time there. Some passengers thought one group was communicating via hand signals. These people were removed in handcuffs but later released. There has been no follow up as to who they were and what they were doing. No photographs or names were released in the initial reports. Were they terrorists testing the response of authorities? Were they government agents? I would be very concerned if it is the former.

Lew "Boob" Wolff: Loser, Loser Loser!

The Oakland Athletics are wallowing well below five hundred right now with no realistic hope of winning their division or anything else. The A's are a low payroll team and as such do not have much of a chance. The Major League Baseball revenue sharing and the luxury tax exist in order to enable teams such as this to become competitive. The MLB collective bargaining agreement states that this money must be used, “in an effort to improve its performance on the field.” Some team owners do not honor this requirement and just apply these funds to their profits. The ownership of the A's, led by Lew “Boob” Wolff, is among them. They take the Yankee money and stuff their pockets, meanwhile a valuable local asset degrades and fans are cheated.

This is reminiscent of the 1991 movie OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY with Danny DeVito and Gregory Peck in which a corporate raider finds a small public company with a large cash balance and a low stock price. He figures he can pocket the cash, sell off equipment and other parts of the company and then fire most of the workers. This not only eliminates jobs but destroys an asset of the community. The corporate raider is investing, but not creating anything much the same way that Boob Wolff invests in the A's, but his only interest is in cashing MLB checks and maybe using the team as the center piece of a real estate deal. In other words, he invests without creating anything and he should be investing to create a World Series champion.

Many say the baseball is a business and to an extent this is true. However, in many ways the ownership of a sports franchise is a wealthy man's plaything. You spend your money and you get your ring. From this perspective, the best owners in the Bay Area are the Haas family and Eddie DeBartolo. Even Charlie O. Finley and Al Davis, both scumbags, can at least point to trophies. Boob Wolff is a complete loser and the rest of the MLB ownership should be ashamed for allowing him to own a major league club.

Whom did Arnold Screw?

Willie Brown has been defending his position that Arnold Schwarzenegger deserves some compassion because he was trying to protect his family from the fallout over his affair with a house keeper. Brown has a point that after the affair became public many people were hurt. In his Chronicle column last Sunday, Mayor Brown describes a confrontation with a woman on Market Street who takes him to task for defending the former governor. The woman was outraged by Arnold's conduct as well as Willie's defense.

From my point of view this is much ado about nothing and we must ask the question, “Whom did Arnold really screw?” I have come to the conclusion that he screwed me, as well as many others. Several years ago there was an initiative on the state ballot to establish a Canadian style health care program in California. It was leading in the polls. Arnold Schwarzenegger campaigned against the measure saying, “It will be bad for buseeeness in Caleeeforneeea.” The initiative lost and we have no statewide health care program. At the time I was covered by my employer's health care plan, but I knew that I may not be able to count on this so I voted for the proposal. Sure enough, my company eventually cut my hours and eliminated my benefits. I have several years to go before Medicare or Obamacare and HIPAA extensions may be so expensive that they would wipe out my retirement savings as easily as a hospitalization.

The criticism of Schwarzenegger is off base and most people should rethink, or maybe even begin to think about, their attitudes towards politicians and the policies they propagate.

Bob Geren's Judgment Day

Oakland Athletic pitcher, Brian Fuentes, criticizes his manager, Bob Geren, for his handling of the pitching staff over the last several games. Specifically, Fuentes is upset about being brought into non save situations on the road. Hall of Famer, Dennis Eckersley, comments, “'From the outside looking in, just pitch.'” This episode, along with questions regarding double switches and bunting bring Geren's judgment into question. It is hard to question his handling of the pitching staff. They have about the best ERA in baseball. Although he makes some mistakes with regard to the offense, it is hard to lay much of the blame on Geren. Take for instance, the other night the one of the post game talking heads scolds the A's for not bunting and playing “small ball.” The problem here is that when the A's bunt, they just move the runner 90 feet farther along to be stranded. The A's do not hit and this is well known.

The rebuke belongs to Billy Beane. It appears as though he has fallen in love with Eric Chavez, even though he is no longer part of the team. Chavez is a good hitter when in the order with a couple of great hitters like Jason Giambi and Miguel Tejada or Frank Thomas and Milton Bradley or with the Murders Row in New York. He is never going to be the guy to carry the lineup. Beane finds three new hitters for this year and so far they have not produced. It looks like they may have been productive hitters in other lineups but the sum of the parts is less than what they have been. Beane needs to find a really good hitter or two, or fans are condemned to watching a great pitching staff in frustration and a boring team hovering around five hundred.

Osama bin Laden's Trial

There has been much jubilation over the death of Osama bin Laden. Although he is no loss, I would prefer to have seen him captured and then tried for his crimes. However, I always thought that he may be killed but never caught, which was the end result. On one level bin Laden is now an Islamic martyr enjoying his 72 virgins in heaven, instead of being the virgin in some Federal super max prison. I am not certain who would want him as a prison bitch, though. If he had been captured and I were the prosecutor I would plea bargain with him to provide us with information about whom in this county he was helping. I know that some in the United States have benefited from his actions and I suspect that was the plan. The bombings of the African embassies and the U.S.S. Cole were a blow to President Clinton and therefore weakened Al Gore in the next election. President George W. Bush took office under the cloud that about half the nation did not think his election was legitimate. The attacks on September 11, 2001 were a Pearl Harbor moment and the U.S. population united behind the president in the face of foreign attack. Also, there have been well documented business connections between George W. Bush and the bin Laden family.

Even though they are members of different political parties, Presidents Bush and Obama are part of the American power structure and to that extent Obama will protect Bush and see that there is no trial. For his part Obama has been Lincolnesq in this matter. President Lincoln needed a significant military victory to insure his reelection in 1864. He got together with his generals and came up with a multiple pronged attack on the Confederacy. The result was Sherman's triumph in Atlanta and Lincoln's electoral victory. The killing of Osama bin Laden protects Bush, Cheney et al and it gives Obama a needed military success.

Apocalypse When?

A pastor from Oakland, Harold Camping, has gained some media traction by claiming that Judgment Day will be tomorrow. He predicts that a great earthquake will start in New Zealand and work its way around the world. It is silly to even try to place a date and hour on such a thing. In the Matthew chapter 24, Jesus' disciples ask Him when He will return and the timing of the end of the world. Jesus enumerates the various events that will occur. Then He says in verse 36, “'But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angles of heaven, but my Father only.'” So, these apocalyptic preachers should take a clue from the leader of their church and their followers had better educate themselves.

Setup for IMF Chief?

Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the head of the International Monetary Fund, is charged with sexual assault of a housekeeper at his hotel in New York. Sexual assault is a serious issue, but, as is usually the case, this gets down to a he said she said matter. A complication is that Strauss-Khan is a leading socialist candidate for President of France. When men in such positions are charged in this manner it is a concern that he may be the victim of a setup. He is challenging Corporate Scumbagery in France. The powers that be will not allow this. Their predecessors were even more extreme. When it looked like a socialist government might take control of the country in the 1930s, the leading families managed to surrender control of their nation to the Nazis. To these traitors it was more important to maintain their ill gotten gains. To set up a man for sexual blackmail is nothing to these people. Why would the victim cooperate with these forces? The usual reasons: money, blackmail, threats to family or some combination thereof. There are hints that Strauss-Kahn's defense will be that sex was consensual or he said she said. Although crimes of this nature should not be taken lightly, the charge of setup up needs to be given proper consideration.

Support for Taxation of the Wealthy

A recent poll of likely California voters shows that 78% would approve a 1% income tax hike on individuals earning $500,000 per year or more. This increase nets the state $2.5 billion. Well, why not 2% or 3% or more? These people can afford it, although they always claim poverty. One problem for implementation is the two thirds majority required for passage. At present there is support, but a concerted advertising campaign could reduce this. Let us hope not. These people are largely responsible for the mess in which the state, the nation and the world are. They should pay. Some claim they will make a mass exodus of the state. Let them do it. Ultimately they are not going to abandon a market of 38 million, so some of their income is available for taxation. Anyway, if a measure like this passes in California, it will start a wave across the country. Go for it.

False Flags in Wisconsin

A prosecutor from Indiana sends Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker an email suggesting that Walker arrange a fake attack on himself so that he may lay blame upon his opponents in the union movement and vilify them. The prosecutor admits his misdeed and then resigns.

It should not come as a shock that those in power resort to such manipulation. The classic example is a Nazi sympathizer burning a government building allowing Adolf Hitler to condemn Communists and cement his position as a bulwark against terror. This helps him to claim dictatorial powers. The flag burning of the sixties and seventies has a similar feel. The so called protesters burn the flag and bring discredit to their movement and an important symbol is ceded to the right wing. These are false flag operations, where one group commits an act and is able to blame another group and sway public opinion against the second set. This operation is nipped in the bud and the fault is put on one lone nut prosecutor. It is a suspicious tale and there may be others involved. This is a story worth watching carefully.

One Per Centers and Social Security

Recently, I viewed an AARP commercial touting the generational continuity of the Social Security system. I then thought of how President George W. “Stinky” Bush wanted to invest Social Security capital into the stock market in order to maximize gains. At the time I thought this a terrible idea and time has proved me right. I felt then that the one per centers were trying to get their hands on our money and then grab it during the next stock market crash. The crash happened and many lost a great deal and it must be assumed that a few on the top profited greatly.

Americans should never allow Social Security funds to be invested in the market, as it is too vulnerable to manipulation and thievery.

Pat Robertson and Allah

The other day while awaiting the start of another TV program I see the end of the 700 Club. Pat Robertson is asked a question about Allah and says that Allah is some other entity than the God of Christians and Jews. Some research on the cbn.com site reveals that Robertson's thinks that, “Allah was the moon god from Mecca.” Pat Robertson seems like an intelligent and educated man, but I find this to be really ignorant. To begin with God is not God's name, but is rather His job title. Robertson correctly points out that His name is Yahweh (sometimes Latinized to Jehovah) which translates to I Am that I Am. Allah is the Arabic word for god. So, if an Arabic speaking Christian is to refer to God, he says, “Allah.” Now, I am certain that the Christian, Muslim and Jewish views of God have some differences. Maybe they are all correct, for there is no other non-God entity that is able to completely contemplate the entire nature of Him. Since, Robertson is not as ignorant or stupid as he appears, I must assume that he is playing to his audience and their ignorance. I do not know which is more evil, intentional ignorance which the audience displays, or Robertson's manipulative display of ignorance.

Defeatist Design

Recently San Francisco Chronicle architecture critic John King writes of the “Guilty Pleasures” of some local architects. I get the impression that such a pleasure probably involves enjoying a building that some of the elite of the profession consider tacky. What catches my eye is Cary Bernstein's characterization of AT&T Park as, “'...depressing for its defeatist design aspirations.'” Defeatist? Is he engaged in some sort of combat? I must admit that I do not get modern art, but if it is confined to museums and private homes, I have no problem with it.

I do not like being assaulted by this weird looking stuff in public, whether it is in cathedral design (CarpeHunc, February 23, 2011) or Cate Blanchett on the Academy Awards red carpet. This appearance is not even worthy of a rating on the Skin-O-Meter (CarpeHUNC, February, 14, 2011), but I have to take this opportunity to say how awful that dress is. It is hard to see what Cary Bernstein finds so depressing. I just hope he spares the public his ideas of mental stability.

Tax the Wealthy

There is a story in today's San Francisco Chronicle by Joe Garofoli discussing potential taxes that Governor Jerry Brown may consider. The idea of an additional 1 percent tax on individual incomes greater than $500,000 is dismissed by “Analysts and activists,” as too politically perilous, because Brown also wants to extend sales taxes and vehicle license fees. The article points out that the top one percent of earners from 1978 to 2008 see income increases of 81 percent, while the incomes of the bottom 20 percent drop by 11.5 percent. One would think that earners between 21 and 89 percent did not do nearly as well as the 1 per centers. The first question is; who are these ANALysts and activists? Secondly; where is the political risk of raising the income tax of the wealthiest along with the regressive taxes on sales and automobiles?

The 1 per centers are responsible for the state of the economy. They should pay more to see the state and ultimately the Federal Government out of this mess which they have made. Some worry that these Brahmins will take their jobs and leave. Most of the jobs they now create are in Chinese prisons. They have no regard for the society in which they live and their problems should not be the concern of the 99 per centers.

The Supreme Court and Anti Gay Protests

The Supreme Court rules that anti gay protesters can not be sued for demonstrations at the funerals of military personnel. The justices equate this to burning of the flag during the Viet Nam era. The Court must protect Free Speech. However, those who protest at funerals are as foolish as the flag burners of the sixties, when an important symbol is ceded to the right wing. The current protesters smack of those who abused Viet Nam veterans, who do not accomplish anything and sow seeds of divisiveness that endure to this day.

Images of North Korea on the Attack

In today's San Francisco Chronicle there is a story describing a promotion for a new video game from THQ, a Southern California company. THQ releases 10,000 balloons on which they attach ads for their game. Many of these balloons alight in the bay and some environmentalists now have their panties in a bunch.

What is of greater concern are the contents of this game, in which the United States is invaded by North Korea. This is,of course, preposterous. The only Asian power that came close to this were the Japanese. If they won at Midway, the plans were to attack Hawaii at a later date. This would have left the West Coast vulnerable to invasion, but the Japanese were more interested in protecting their flanks from the U.S. Navy, while they pursued expansionist plans in resource rich Southeast Asia. North Korea is in no position to mount any kind of invasion of any of the island bases in the Pacific, much less the mainland of the United States.

Images have power. During the Gulf War, or Bush War I, Scud Stud Arthur Kent is broadcasting from Jerusalem when he comes under missile attack from Iraq. The image of Kent donning his gas mask while the sirens sound is memorable. A young relative of mine has great fear that he will be attacked here at home. There is no chance of this happening given the range of Iraqi missiles and the distance from ours shores. It is understandable how a youngster, who may not understand these facts, might give into fear. It is distressing that many adults today, who do not have basic knowledge of history, geography and certainly not aerospace, may also be seduced by such images.

It is a concern that, “The Military Industrial Complex,” is marketing a perception of North Korea as something to fear. Of course, the purpose of engendering this trepidation is maintaining Defense Department spending and lucrative contracting opportunities that some of these companies enjoy since the 1940s.

2011 Acamemy Awards Skin-O-Meter Ratings

It is now time for the 2011 Skin-O-Meter Ratings for the Academy Awards. We have devised the Skin-O-Meter in order to rate the dresses worn. It is a scale from 0 to 100, with 100 being the top rating. It is just our overall opinion but a high rating will involve copious cleavage filled out appropriately as well other skin, such as leg, display. Selected celebrities are rated.

Natalie Portman 85: A nice little V neck that shows the swell of her bust line. Now that she is pregnant she may have a little extra swell, so flaunt it while you got it, Natalie.

Halle Berry 86: She always gets points for being about the most beautiful woman on earth, even though her cleavage efforts are zero here especially considering earlier endeavors. We do like the bare back leading to her nicely shaped bottom (we do like those, too), which gives the illusion or fantasy of nudity.

Penelope Cruz 89: Nice bust line shown to great effect.

Sandra Bullock 80: Good neck line plunge, but we do not see anything.

Jennifer Lawrence 84: Barely able to see top of the bust line.

Jennifer Hudson 97: Side shots show a good portion of her breast and leaves us with the fantasy that it might pop out. For this effort JHud gets the top rating this year. Although, as we said with her undertaking at the Grammys, she looks like she lost a little too much weight. Her breasts just do not have that nice full look that we so love.

Gwyneth Paltrow: 48: As with her Grammy dress, we like the deep plunge, but nothing to show for it.

Mila Kunis 86: Nice display of what she has.

Celine Dion 85: Good swell of bust.

Annette Bening 83: She makes an effort.

Camila Alves 96: She is Matthew McConaughey's date and the her top dips way down and seemingly barely covers her nipples.

Melania Trump 87: Wife of The Donald, is in a strapless gown that plummets a little lower than similar dresses that are popular this year.

Scarlet Johansen 80: This is a beautiful girl that has a great deal to show and does not, which we can not rate too highly.

Marisa Tomei 83: One of our favorite actresses. This dress looks like it has potential to show off a great deal of cleavage, but leaves us with nothing.

So there we have this year's ratings for the Oscars. We will have the Skin-O-Meter working again when we feel like it. This takes some time and reflection, but somebody had got to do it. See you next time.

Phaedra the Freak

The Real Hos of Atlanta presented their Reunion Show recently. The discussion turned to sex and who had the highest “Freak number,” a scale from one to ten with a ten representing the highest level of sexual freakdom. Phaedra Parks gave herself a freak rating of eight to nine. Someone mentioned a sex act employing sugar and Phaedra said that sugar was delicious. Presumably this involved applying sugar to her man's penis and then licking it off. We have already established that Phaedra likes a man with a large penis as well as giving oral sex(Capre HUNC January 17 and 26,2011). When the host queried that maybe Phaedra was the biggest freak of the girls she said, “Obviously, you know, I'm married. I want to have an exciting sex life, and, you know, Ive got a pretty hot husband. So, I'm willing to try a few things.”

Oh, Phaedra, we can hardly wait to hear more. We are fantasizing of spankings, bondage, and, we can only hope, ORGIES! Keep us posted.

Freemason Conspiracy

On an episode of Brad Melzer's Decoded, mysteries surrounding the White House corner stone were studied. Some have said that the stone was removed during the Truman renovation. The disposition of the corner stone was never determined, but during the investigation Melzer's crew went to Freemason headquarters in Washington D.C. to research rumors that President Truman, a 33 degree Mason, may have given the cornerstone, which was laid by Freemasons, back to them. A couple of Masonic officials denied that they have it and that seemed to settle the issue. The sleuths asked about the nature of secrecy in the Masonic organization. Specifically, they inquired about a plot in the nineteenth century to murder a Captain Morgan, who revealed secret Mason rituals to the public. The two officials admitted that this happened, but said that those who did this were not acting in any official capacity, but were independent individuals who happened to be Masons operating stupidly. When questioned about the need for secrecy, the Masons responded that it is necessary to have that level of confidentiality, because one of their main goals was building relationships and that level of trust.

This is exactly why many are suspicious of secret societies. They do not have club policies to implement domination of the earth and all that live here. However, these societies, like the Masons and Bohemians, create an environment where members, who may be important men, feel at ease discussing political and economic policies that are not in the best interests of the vast majority. Most Freemason conspiracy probably amounts to the owner of the local Shell station discussing prices with the owner of the local Chevron station, but there is potential in these settings for much more dangerous scheming.

Fun with the Catherals and Streets of San Francisco

I have recently been watching re runs of The Streets of San Francisco. I watched in the seventies, but the show stands up pretty well today. There are occasional holes in plots and at times the endings are tacky. It seems they run out of time and have to wind it up. Since this is a local show for me, one of the pleasures are scenes of the city as our heroes drive through. Much of San Francisco looks the same, although over the past 35 to 40 years some things have changed. Although irritating, I get a sanctimonious pleasure from spotting some of the mistakes in the show. In one episode the cops turn on to Battery Street from The Embarcadero and Karl Malden announces on the radio that they are pursuing suspects on Monterey Boulevard. Another time they are proceeding down a one way street, probably Howard, and we are told it is Mission, which runs both ways.

During another episode, Requiem for a Murder, Richard Basehart plays the Catholic bishop who is wounded and later killed in the cathedral. The characters are shown going into a grand, older looking church. I know this is not The Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption and think that it may be Grace Cathedral, the Episcopal headquarters. Following an image search I learn that is Saint Paul's Church in the Outer Mission District.

Some local wags call St. Mary's “Our Lady of Maytag,” because it resembles a washing machine agitator. The archdiocese website says, “The design of the new cathedral had to reflect San Francisco's prestige, and also had to incorporate the new liturgical reforms of the (Second Vatican) Council.” The new liturgical reforms apparently mean incomprehensible modern art. This is carried to the extreme with The Cathedral of Christ the Light in Oakland. This all glass monstrosity looks like a bishop's mitre and is dominated by nearby office buildings, the temples of Mammon. The producers of The Streets of San Francisco know how a cathedral is supposed to look.

Saint Mary's Gaels Loose in Fog at San Diego

In last night's 74-66 loss to the WCC cellar dwelling University of San Diego Toreros, the Saint Mary's College Gaels looked befuddled and bemused. If they had been merely cold from beyond the three point arc, they would have had a shot at the end of the game, but they were sub arctic. As it was, the normally 39.3% distance shooters were 2 for 15. If they hit two more they are in the game to the end. This was Rob Jones' first trip back to his former basketball home. Many times these trips back home do not work out, witness C.C. Sabathia's trips to play before friends and family in the Bay Area. Jones never got on track and after an injury late in the first half was ineffective.

Last season the Gaels had big man Omar Samham as an inside scoring threat. When other teams attempted to double team Omar, Saint Mary's was able to get many open shots from three point range. This year they do not have the inside scoring threat and opponents have been defensing their long distance gunners on the perimeter. The Gaels have be able to adjust by driving down the lane from the top of the key. Last night, in addition to harassment at the perimeter, USD was able cut off some of Saint Mary's trips down the lane. Gaels' coach, Randy Bennett, did not have an answer. San Diego, not known as a three points shooting team, got hot and put the game away.

Randy Bennett needs to think about his offense as the post season approaches and make the appropriate adjustments. Go Gaels!

2011 Grammy Skin-O-Meter Ratings

After the Emmy Red Carpet Disappointment (Carpe HUNC, August31, 2010) we were looking forward to the Grammy scene which usually involves more flash and trash. Although superior to the Emmys we still found it lacking.

Rihanna 92: Although she does not display cleavage, her outfit shows something of everything she has, front and back.

Kim Kardashian 95: This is what we like to see. A great cleavage shot and does she fill it out!

Toni Braxton 94: This does not come up to her earlier almost see through Grammy efforts, but she still know how to peg the Skin-O-Meter.

Ciara 90: Such a beautiful woman and she is creatively showing skin, but loses a few points for being a little short on cleavage.

Jennifer Hudson 88: She is a hot woman wearing a cute dress and we like the try at cleavage with some lingerie showing. But, is that a push up bra? Did she lose most of her weight in her chest? We prefer a more natural look.

Jennifer Lopez 87: We usually do not like a super short dress on a woman her age, but she pulls it off. We have some cleavage, but, like Toni Braxton, does not measure up to Grammys past.

Katie Perry 78: She is not covered up, but not showing much either.

Juliane Hough 87: Great plunging neckline and fills it out reasonably well.

Eva LaRue 85: Nice short dress with a decent level of cleavage display.

Gram'ma Funk 97: Boy does she pop out of her top! This is what we love to see. Granted the dress is true to her name, funky, but who cares.

Jewel 72: Nice dress, no cleavage.

Dee Dee Bridegewater 86: Nice vision of bust in a hot red dress.

Heidi Klum 81: Nice try, but needs to fill it out more.

Gwenyth Paltrow 48: She get points for the plunge to the waist, but her minimal bust line has minimal effect. We think she would do better with a tight, wet T shirt. You are running with the big girls now,
Gwenyth.

Jenni JWoww Farley 84: She has a really nice figure and displays it well.

Esperanza Spalding 75: The Best New Artist is a beautiful woman, but the dress shows no cleavage and looks like a refugee from Project Runway.

Miley Cyrus N/A: Too young to rate.

So, there it is, our Skin-O-Meter readings for the 2011 Grammy Awards. The Skin-O-Meter will be down for refurbishing and refit, but we plan to have it up and operating for the 2011 Oscars.

More on the Bohos

Further research indicates that the Bohemian Grove annual encampment has a decidedly homo erotic ambiance. Radio personality Alex Jones has a source he calls Kyle, who works at the encampment for the summers of 2004 and 2005. An article on Jones' website, Inforwars.com, which he entitles The Re-Infiltration of Bohemian Grove says, “Kyle recalled that it was a constant irritant to be approached by old men and propositioned for sexual favors and asked if he 'slept around' and wanted to have some fun.” Even President Nixon, in discussion with John Ehrlichman and H.R. Haldeman, records his thoughts about the gayness of the proceedings at the Grove on May 13, 1971, “But the upper class in San Francisco is that way (homosexual)...now, Bohemian Grove that I attend from time to time, but it is the most faggy god damned thing you could ever imagine...”

Whether or not the encampment is a gay boy getaway is not too important. But, getting back to their pagan, owl worshiping ceremony, it has another element in which is the burning of a human effigy. These guys would probably actually sacrifice a human being if they could and maybe they are waiting for the day in which they may. Jones refers to this as Molechism. Now, Molech is “...the abomination of the children of Ammon.” (1Kings 11:7) In Lev18:21 God commands Israel through Moses, “And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech.” This shows that these men are symbolically turning their backs on God, in order that they may do evil without encumbrance. Maybe most of the members only view this as show and give it little credence. But it demonstrates the thought of whomever designs and perpetrates these ceremonies. The future of our nation and the world does not bode well with people like these in charge

The Bohemian Grove and Satan Worship

During a recent episode of Brad Meltzer's Decoded the crew, along with radio personality Alex Jones, investigate activities at the Bohemian Grove on the Russian River in Northern California. Jones claims that the Bohemians, an exclusive membership, are plotting the takeover of the world. About ten years ago he infiltrates the grove and records some of their antics. The Bohemians perform a ceremony that is pagan in nature and pays homage to the image of an owl, with leaders of the ritual dressing in “Druidic” robes and carrying torches. The Decoded group tries to sneak in from the river, but they are spotted and two are arrested.

The important issue here is that the Bohemians, who occupy positions of importance in government, business and academia perform a pagan ritual that demonstrates a willful repudiation of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. In the Old Testament, God punishes Israel for worship of false images in the groves. The United States which is governed secularly is still a Christian nation. Most believe in the monotheistic God of the Bible. It is interesting that the elite of the nation do not. Why would this be the case? Saint Paul declares, “For the love of money is the root of all evil,” (1Ti6:10) and these guys are real lovers of money.

In an earlier episode Meltzer studies symbolism in the Statue of Liberty. Some claim that Lucifer, which more of less means light giver, is symbolized with the torch. They consult an expert who says that it does represent Lucifer, but only in this literal translation, meant to lionize the Enlightenment. However, according to the Catholic Church, Lucifer, Satan and The Devil are the same entity. So, this shows another rejection of God and the total acceptance of the love of money doctrine.

Then there is Freemasonry. Some assert that this is a religion and I suspect that most Masons are God fearing men and would in no way consider nature or devil worship. However, if Freemasonry is a religion then Albert Pike is the equivalent of Saint Paul. His writings define its doctrine, at least for the Southern Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite. Pike is an interesting fellow. He is a disciple of Eliphas Levi, a nineteenth century Satanist, and is an influential member of the Knights of the Golden Circle and the Ku Klux Klan, and is a general in charge of intelligence for the Confederacy. None of this cloaks him in righteousness. Most Masons do not realize that many of their rituals are Satanic, but they are and the elite of this group knows it.

As most people see in their daily lives and work, devil worshipers rule this nation. The symbolism of the power elite testifies to it and is there for all to see if one is willing to open one's eyes.

More Real Housewives

On the most recent episode of The Real Hos of Atlanta, the girls get together in Florida at a bachelorette party for supermodel Cynthia Bailey. At one point Cynthia is asked if she gives head. She responds that she does but with some reticence. Kandi Burress and Phaedra Parks both tell her that it is something that you have to love to do, with big smiles on their faces. I think I like Phaedra the more I learn about her.
Kandi Burruss is on a tour supporting some new recordings. She is bringing along Kim Zoliak, who is trying to parlay her notoriety from this show into a recording career. Kim has a couple of catchy tunes and generates some positive audience response. NeNe Leakes says that Kandi is a vocalist and Kim is not, which is true, though NeNe is skipping to the same well as she leverages her celebrity into a gig at a local TV station interviewing various luminaries, rendering her criticism sanctimonious. However, Kim's behavior on the tour is childish and lacking in professionalism. Kandi is doing her a favor and all she does is complain about conditions. She rightly worries about her children at home, so maybe this is where she needs to be. On the other hand, if they were not such bitches there would be no point in watching the show or writing about it.

Phaedra Parks, the Real Hos and Her Man

During an episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta on Bravo, the girls discuss a coming get together and Phaedra Parks said she knows a male stripper and implies that his male member is so large that, “He could give himself head.” Well, I can see where Phaedra's mind is. There is some controversy over Phaedra's choice for a husband, Apollo Nida. He is an ex-convict who spends about five years of an eighteen year sentence in prison for his involvement in a car theft ring. It does not appear a good class match as she is a lawyer and he is on parole. However, if you refer to my October 22, 2010 post, I think this is a case of a woman who decides she needs sexual satisfaction and a man with a large penis. I assume this is Apollo's main contribution to the relationship. I suppose that Phaedra must have a number of lovers over the years and that some of them may be successful businessmen and lawyers. She must find that many of these men are compensating for their small dimensions (see Eugenics of the Small Penis, 10/22/10) with increasing aggressiveness and congruent financial benefits. In some ways Phaedra is not really likable. She seems hypocritically polite, and willing to back stab with the best of them. But I will give it to her. She knows what she needs and is not willing to propagate further small penis demons upon the Earth. Go Phaedra!

Christine McKinley, Lucifer and the Iluminati

Recently, I watched Brad Meltzer's Decoded on the History Channel. One of his experts, Christine McKinley with a degree in mechanical engineering, showed an amazing emotion based reaction to a couple of points made in the program. The program discussed symbolism in the Statue of Liberty. One guest explained how some Masons, who designed it, had integrated the number seven into statue's scheme. Another testified that these men were members of the Illuminati, who some claimed have had plans to conquer the world for several hundred years, and that Liberty was actually a tribute to Lucifer. This guest, to offer proof of the existence of this group, then showed a copy of a letter from George Washington that mentioned the Illuminati and played a clip of President Kennedy's speech in which he denounced secret societies. McKinley reacted to the clip of JFK's speech with derision and stated that he was speaking of the Communist threat because of the Cold War. If Kennedy wanted to speak of Communism, the Soviet Union or Russia he would have said so. Politicians did not make oblique references, like “Secret Societies,” when they discussed the subject. It was Communism, the Red Peril, Pinkos, etc. I would have preferred that the President not be so vague and had given a few more details about specific societies. However, McKinley's tirade completely lacked logic.

Near the end of the program, the team of experts consults a theologian with regard to Lucifer and his possible links to the Statue of Liberty. They listen to his credentials and McKinley remarks, “Oh, finally someone who thinks like us!” For someone who claims the scientific method, this is a damning admission. But her thought process is like many, especially the educated, in our society, who do not give any consideration to ideas that are outside of their indoctrination since grade school. McKinley should stick to the narrow issues around mechanical engineering, because as she ventures into other other area of thought, I can just see Jack's face fill the screen as he says, “You can't handle to truth!”

Mind Control in Arizona

Media reports characterize alleged Tucson gunman Jared Lee Loughner's thoughts about mind control as paranoid. Loughner may be mentally unstable, but mind control is a reality and not just the stuff of so called conspiracy theory. He may even be a mind control subject as the most suitable prospects are those who are suicidal and otherwise mentally ill. There is plenty of literature, available at local bookstores, libraries and the Internet that describes the history and methods of mind control. Watching the media coverage of the incident one gets the feeling that the corporate media are trying to suck the public into some sort of emotional state instead of giving it information and provoking thought. The public needs to pull itself back from this emotional manipulation and view the coverage and the facts with some intellectual detachment. It is empowering.

The corporate media is doing its part in the manipulation, as well as fitting the facts to fit the crime. Original reports indicate that there are more people than Loughner involved including white supremacist groups, but as the next couple of days pass, the old standby “Lone Nut Gunman Theory” is advancing from authorities and the media. FBI Director, Robert Mueller, goes to Arizona to take charge of the investigation. This seems unnecessary, and Mueller is probably there to orchestrate the cover up.

What is the purpose of creating such a tragedy with a Manchurian Candidate? Usually it is part of a psychological warfare operation against a population, namely the American public. The ultimate purpose could be the destabilization of the United States and its government, leaving what remains subject to some world, corporate and fascist government. Or maybe just more strict gun control laws.

Progressive Bickering

In Thursday's San Francisco Chronicle, Heather Knight describes the problems the progressive faction in San Francisco has with governing. This group represents various interests including “...labor, tenants, the poor, minorities, immigrants and environmentalists.” In many ways these groups have much in common, along with middle class and soon to be ex middle class people. To wit, they all have to work for a living, vis a vis the top few percent who do not. The Republican party is quite adept at representing these top few. The so called progressive wing is incompetent at representing the vast majority. They allow, and in some ways facilitate, bickering over ethnic, sexual and other identity issues. Since most Americans have an emotional relationship to politics, many of the middle class can not orient themselves to the left wing or progressive ideology because they do not fit into one of the narrow categories that the left portrays themselves as representing. Therefore, many of these voters turn to the Republicans, who in no way act in their interests. But, the Republicans do not characterize the party as one which alienates white middle class citizens. The progressive wing has inordinate influence in the manner in which the Democratic party presents itself. The Democrats need to figure out how to overcome this divisiveness and become the party of the majority of Americans.

To the Barricades

There is an article in the San Francisco Chronicle today that tells of colleges and universities that are offering older, tenured professors cash to retire. The average pay of a tenured professor is $117,000 and replacement instructors earn $52,500. These teachers actually seem to make out pretty well as they may get up to two years pay and their pension to leave their jobs. There are many more workers who are cut loose without anything or are suffering a reduction in hours as a sacrifice on the altar of corporate profits. This, along with the trend to make Social Security available at later and later dates, is going to make many in their fifties and sixties a permanent underclass. It is time for revolt.

Michael Jackson's Doctor Feel Good

In today's San Francisco Chronicle there is an article from the New York Times by Jennifer Medina in which she describes the case that prosecutors in Los Angeles are building against Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's physician, who attends him at the time of death. Medina states that Murray gives the Jackson, “... a powerful anesthetic meant for surgery without telling the emergency doctors who eventually arrived.” Doctors usually do not respond to emergency calls as there is little they can do without a hospital. Later in the article there is a mention of calling for paramedics. This makes sense. Reporters these days seem quite ignorant of the subjects they cover.
